Project Life was founded in 2017, and is part of Pregnancy Help Network South Africa, and is one of 62 pregnancy help organizations around South Africa. Project Life Pregnancy Help also has a baby saver at 2 Old Main Road at Christ Church North Coast, next to the Umhlali post office, KZN. The baby saver is a last resort for desperate mothers who feel they cannot care for their baby. The point of the baby saver is to prevent unsafe baby abandonment, and the goal and hope is that moms will make contact through the WhatsApp counselling number before choosing to leave their baby in the baby saver.
